AFTER 7 - CAN'T STOP (FLOWINSKY'S SUCKA FREE RMX)

For the RnB heads......

AFTER 7 - CAN'T STOP (FLOWINSKY'S SUCKA FREE RMX)

HEDLEY GAGA

Here's a quick little remix I did for the song Just Dance. I don't like playing the regular version when drunk middle aged women request it at clubs so I made my own version. It's been getting a good response at clubs where I've had to play it.

JUST DANCE

Love Lockdown - Tom Wrecks Rmx - WOW

My man from The Stylusts Tom Wrecks (aka T Wrecks aka Mr Get It Shawty Rmx) just sent me his remix of Love Lockdown, the new smash from Kanye West, and the most remixed song since A Millie. Tom doesnt release all that much music, but when he does its INCREDIBLE! This is no exception. The synths and the vocal chops are really clean, and exactly what this song needed. Hit him up and let him know whats good.

FALL FUN MIX

Sooo we have to come to terms with the fact that summer's over. That's right bitches! Soooorry. I actually happen to like the fall. The crispy air, the flannel, the leaves, and all those other cliche indicators of the transition to winter. Anyways here's a little quick mix of dancey stuff to shake off those fall blues.

FALL FUN MIX

So You Think You Can Dance Part 1

We've been together as a crew for almost a year now and the video footage is starting to accumulate. For some reason I have alot of videos of people wanting to show off their dance skills, probably more footage of that than us actually djing. Here's the first post with many more to come.

Stay tuned for Jr Flo vs The French Canadian Guy.....

KEYS N KRATES @ SHUFFLE (TORONTO)

Look out for a grip of KnK shows this fall. Vancouver, Whistler, Toronto, Portland, Seattle, New York City, Winnipeg, Montreal, Muskoka (wtf!!!). The madness all kicks off with a crazy Toronto collab between the Shuffle Party and Keys N Krates. You definitely don't wanna miss this if you're in the GTA. Music for the night will be held down by The Eh Teams very own DJ ILLO and JR-FLO on 4 decks.

"I CAN TELL... YOU WANNA BOOGIE"

Here is my mid-tempo version of another classic material "Don't Stop The Music" by Yarbrough & Peoples.

YARBROUGH & PEOPLES - DONT STOP THE MUSIC (DJ PUMP EDIT)

Closer Club Rmxs

My homey Cashtro aka Cashtro Crosby sent me a remix of "Closer" the other day, and basically in the rap mixtape game that means you spit your own verse over the original track and its a wrap. Well i couldnt leave my man hanging, so i threw together a club remix of Ne-Yo's joint and put his verse in the right spot. This was all done in about an hour or so. I actually wanted to do a remix when I first heard the original track, but Dj Booman from Baltimore already handled that proper, so i figured why bother. Anyways, heres both versions for y'all to get jiggy in the club with.

NEW KEYS N KRATES FOOTAGE

Footage of Keys N Krates @ Wrongbar. Illo and Hedspin of the Eh Team were also on the bill that night and ripped the place in half in the opening and closing sets. Retarded night overall.

NASTY

So a whole slew of Rappers were in Toronto yesterday for the now annual "ROCK THE BELLS" festival. I stayed home and worked on music. I just couldn't bring myself to stand with a bunch of sweaty ex-raver white kids for 8 hours. Remember when rap shows had actual rap people at the shows? It's like a carnival now. Anyways,, one of the acts was Nas,, who to me is one of the greatest rappers, but one of the most inconsistent artists. Don't argue with me about him and Jay. That gets me really annoyed. Anyways, I still love Nas, and to (pause) prove my love, I made this FUNK RMX/EDIT whatever the hell you wanna call it version his classic joint "Memory Lane." Okay fine the shit really had nothing to do with Nas or Rock The Bells. I just made it for no reason. Just leave me be.
